to turn your passion for food into a powerful digital presence that fills seats, builds loyalty, and keeps guests coming back for more.
I’m Phoebe Jakubczyk, founder of The Digital Taste, and I believe your online presence should feel as inviting, vibrant, and memorable as the experience you craft in your restaurant every day.
Before I stepped into the world of digital marketing, I immersed myself in understanding how brands truly grow. With a Marketing degree from Oregon State University and mentorship from industry leaders behind brands like Nike, Lululemon, and Kettle Foods, I learned how to blend creativity with strategy to drive real results.
My journey also took me through elite sport as a Great Britain gymnast and member of the Tokyo Olympic training team, where discipline, precision, and resilience became second nature. Later, five seasons on a BBC series taught me the art of authentic storytelling, a skill I now bring to every client project.
Today, I combine all of that experience to help restaurants and food brands share their craft with the world, beautifully, strategically, and in a way that makes guests feel connected before they even walk through your doors.
